Banning of social media. Will It reduce terrorism

Would banning of social media across Africa reduce terror attacks ?

Yes as a matter of fact it would really increase productivity and self esteem, there have been various debates, polls and others votes asking to ban social media access across Africa here are a few points you need to know

Banning of social media will help reduce Exam malpractices
Just of recent Ethiopia banned social medias like Facebook, twitter, and others to cub its international university examination being posted across social media, if this bold step was taken a long time ago things like this
wouldn't be an issue now, students seeking admission into university would concentrate on studies rather than browsing the internet looking for answers to question testing them for their competence to go to university. Countries like Nigerian. Ghana, south-afica are also great victims of exam malpractice through social media,

  Promotion/recruitment of terror groups
Terror groups such as ISIL main recruitment source is social media, they enticeteenagers with money and other things ensuring their safety and salaries , just imagine if social media have been closed for three Years now ISIL would have been long forgotten.
As social media capacity spread so aare these evil doers spreading their works recruiting through social media
Points like prnograhic and violent content cannot be left alone
United State Presidential candidate Donal Trump also thinks Social media should be banned, he have lamented the in seriousness of the African nation in aspects, he said closing the web in Africa would really do it more good than loss.

Africa is known to be more active on Facebook than any other social platform, closing the world wide web should start from there.
Negative impact of social media ban in Africa
They say ever positive also have an opposite, its true. Banning of social media will really cause a lot of joblessness, mayhem, protests and of course suicide.

The first negative think you should think about in this part is free flow of information. Information spread more on social media especially Facebook than any other means, this is a very negative impact that even Africa dont want, information now will be distributed through news papers and other native means which may alter the authenticity of the information. Imagine if you heard the wrong date for the general election, that would really be bad.

The most frustrating part of ban of social media is economic breakdown. Are you wondering why I say so, its simple imagine how broke Jumia, konga and other online shopping store will be, their main advertising platform is social media, at least I haven't seen any of these online shopping website advertising their goods on newspapers or radio.
I'll write a part two to this writeup which may be published on this same website . The part two will feature-- 1. Negative impact of social media on politics.
2. How to survive ban of social media
